You cannot. However, you can avoid ever hearing "uh huh" if you don't leave a pause between "Hey, Siri." and your request. Just say "Hey, Siri, what time is it?" all in one go.
One thing worth mentioning is that making Siri respond to just the "Siri" phrase does not mean that the "Hey Siri" would stop working. You can use both wakeup phrases interchangeably. To make that change, Siri will need to be turned on, so we recommend tapping either "Listen for 'Hey Siri'" or "Press Side Button for Siri" and you'll then see options to change Siri Voice options.
